DEBUT FULL LENGTH LOVE OUT NOW (CADENCE MUSIC)
Toronto, ON – September 14, 2017 – Taylor Knox has shared his brand new video for his latest single “The Stars” via Earmilk. Watch here.
“The Stars” is the story of a young race car driver. At only 12 years of age, real life phenom Brodie Brown searches for glory and love on the unforgiving asphalt of the Junior Dragster race circuit in Grand Bend, Ontario.
On the video Knox reflects, “Brodie has a passion for racing cars like I have a passion for music. That is evident when you meet him and I think when you watch the video too. Both the song and this video are about spending the bright days of summer doing what you love”
“The Stars” is off of Knox’s debut full-length album Love (Cadence Music) that was released this past spring. Love was co-produced with Josh Korody (Weaves, Dilly Dally), and a couple of tracks produced by Afie Jurvan (aka Bahamas), while Knox handled the majority if instrumentation. Earning rave reviews from the likes of Exclaim!, who say, “Romantics rejoice: Taylor Knox returns this week with a collection of T-shirt-ready sentiments that will have you bopping along”. The single has received more than 90k spins on Spotify, and has been receiving significant airplay from the likes of CBC Radio 2, SiriusXM’s The Verge and Indie88 in Toronto.
